Services are provided to on and off reserve Aboriginal people (First Nation, Inuit, Métis) who live in Grey and Bruce.

Chippewas of Nawash Health Centre, NEYAASHIINIGMIING , Cape Croker on the Bruce Peninsula
The Health Centre and the Wellness Centre offers a wide range of services to support those with diabetes:
- Chronic disease prevention program is aimed towards the prevention of diabetes, heart disease and cancer
- Monthly physician’s clinic,
- Foot care services
- Walking to wellness

M’Wikwedong Native Cultural Resource Centre, Owen Sound
MWikwedong was established to address the social, spiritual, mental and physical needs of the Urban Aboriginal population of Owen Sound. It offers a wide range of programming, including events of interest to those persons with diabetes or at risk of diabetes, including:
- Lifelong Care Program
- Emotional Eating Group
- Fitness Activites – Zumba, Yoga, Wasa-Nakia Workouts.

Southern Ontario Aboriginal Diabetes Initiative (SOADI)
The Southern Ontario Aboriginal Diabetes Initiative is a community based organization established for the development, and enhancement of programs and services focusing on education, prevention, and management of diabetes in Indigenous communities.
SOADI offers a wide variety of events throughout Southern Ontario, including foot clinics.

Non Insured Health Benefits (NIHB)
Health Canada provides eligible First Nations people and Inuit with a specified range of medically necessary health-related goods and services when they are not covered through private insurance plans or provincial/territorial health and social programs.
Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) include prescription drugs, over-the-counter medication, medical supplies and equipment, mental health counselling, dental care, vision care, and medical transportation.

National Aboriginal Diabetes Association (NADA)
NADA is an independent, grassroots organization with a mission to:
- Raising awareness about diabetes and Aboriginal peoples among Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal peoples in Canada.
- Advocating for programs and services for Aboriginal peoples affected by diabetes.
- Promoting healthy lifestyles to prevent the onset or complications of diabetes for all Aboriginal peoples.
